2018 T4 Spring Sessions - Mar 26st - May 25th (9 weeks)
This spring we have a slightly different set up for Triathlon Training. There are several classes in place that you can chose from. The number of classes and type of classes that you chose is up to you. I have listed some recommendations based off the triathletes age group. Remember, all age group athletes must participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31 of the year of the event.

Juniors: 6-8 yr olds 5:15 PM Monday, Wednesday, and *Thursday Technical Classes
Intermediates: 9-11 yr olds 6:00 PM Monday and Wednesday Workout Class
Seniors: 12-15 yr olds 6:00 PM Monday and Wednesday Workout Class

T4 Minnows Swim Lessons
Requirement - Must be able to put their face in the water.
This 30 minute class is for novice swimmers who are ready to move more efficiently through the water. We work to improve their comfort in the water, introduce specific drills and utilize fun activities to improve their ability to kick on their stomachs/backs. Ultimately, we work this class up to kicking on their backs 1-3 lengths of the pool depending on the swimmer and class. The age range for this class has been 4-7. It's more about their comfort and skill in the water than current age.

Requirement – Must be able to swim 25 yards in the pool.
This 45 minute class is recommended for 6-8yr old age groupers (Juniors) who want to race this summer or those wanting to improve their freestyle technique. We will work to improve their stroke focusing on body balance, arm mechanics, and rotary breathing. In addition we will work to improve stamina to complete a workout and completing the 50 m race distance. Pick one or more of these classes:

Requirement – must be able to swim freestyle 50 yards in the pool.
This 45 minute class is recommended for 9-12 yr old age groupers (Intermediates/Seniors) who want to race this summer or those not racing who want to improve their swimming fitness. We will work on improving all aspects of their stroke, begin to utilize flip turns and increase their swim stamina to complete their respective Triathlon race distance (100m or 200m).

Indoor Biking Class
This 45-60 min workout is geared towards building biking confidence, knowledge and fitness for one's upcoming triathlon season. We will address cadence, shifting, and how to ride with consistent power. We will have might even test the 'adult' race courses on certain days. One needs to have at least a 24" tire and can ride for an extended period of time. Each workout will include a warm up, drill session, main set and cool down. I will also plan to have some running off the bike as well.

Class Size: Max 6/class
Items needed: *Bike, Shoes, cycling or tri shorts, short sleeve shirt, Water bottle, sweat towel and great attitude.
Fee: 9 Ride bundle = $ 99, 18 ride bundle = $180, Drop In = $14
