WHO: Students who where on the SEJH track and field team this season
FOCUS: To keep students running with their friends/teammates. Help them work on more refined skills with this extra time. Help prepare them for summer camps. Not to mention, boost those endorphins for mental health

Monday 4:15 - 5:15 PM
Wednesday 3:15 - 4:15 PM

- Running Shoes
- Hat and gloves on cooler days
- Masks
- Water Bottle (filled - we WILL NOT have access to SEJH
- Wear clothes you can run in, please avoid Jeans
