Spring  SEJH Running Club  

May 17th - June 11th 2021 

WHO:  Students who where on the SEJH  track and field team this season
FOCUS:  To keep students running with their friends/teammates. Help them  work on more refined skills with this extra time. Help prepare them for summer camps. Not to mention, boost those endorphins for mental health

WHERE:
--SEJH - where we met for Track  
        Monday 4:15 - 5:15 PM
        Wednesday 3:15 - 4:15 PM
         Friday 4:15 - 5:15 PM

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Running Shoes
  • Hat and gloves on cooler days
  • Masks 
  • Water Bottle (filled - we WILL NOT have access to SEJH
  • Wear clothes you can run in, please avoid Jeans
