If you would like to improve your overall fitness and health, contact me for an individual consultation. I have worked with people near and far, individuals who use the gym, who workout in their home, or who use the great outdoors. I will create a personal account for you on www.trainingpeaks.com. Here you will have access to your daily workouts. We will communicate via training peaks, the phone and/or emailing. I provide personal accountability, helpful tips to keep you motivated, and creative workouts to make it fun. Fee's vary depending on one's needs and demands. For example, if one is in need of weekly workouts on their own my monthly fees range from $100-150/month and depend on the individual program designed for each client. If one requires face to face workout sessions see the following breakdown:
Require a 3 month commitment - once a week 60 min session = $60
Require a 3 month commitment - 2-3 60 min sessions/week = $48/hr
