This program is for women only and is focused on improving skills in all 3 disciplines of Triathlon. We promote the sport of triathlon by encouraging, educating, and empowering the female athlete. It's for women of all ages, sizes and ability levels.
2017 Triathlon Season - Summer Session (June 6th - Aug 6th)
This 9 week program is for women only and include instruction and workouts in the three sports of triathlon as well as functional strength and stretching. Information is provided on technique, nutrition and hydration, injury prevention, mental training, and more. The program includes 2 weekly coach-led training sessions & a full training plan. We will also target a few local runs/rides to participate in as a group to prepare us for the triathlon. Athletes can select 1 race or a few. Those of the races listed. In the past we have added a few other races that either aid in our progress or seem to push the "fun" factor. Please call me if you have questions.
TENTATIVE PRACTICE SESSION TIMES ARE - Sometimes changes are necessary for further development of athletes
The group will train, at a minimum, 2 days a week and you will be provided with other workouts to complete on your own.
I have time set aside Monday , Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning for possible times to meet.
Once we know everyone's schedule we can lock in the best days and times that work for the group.

Women often tell me they don't feel ready or good enough to be part of a group like this. Here's what I say:
1) I can't swim. Well, this program is here to help you learn to swim or to improve your swimming.
2) I am not in good enough shape. The whole point of joining the group is to get you ready no matter what your starting point is. Come join us and we will get you there.
3) I am not fast or good enough. If you have the desire then we have the motivation to help you achieve your goals, set your personal record, or get to the podium.
