Training Programs
It's designed for those individuals wanting to give that 70.3 distance another try, individuals wanting to improve on previous 1/2 Ironman performances, individuals looking to take their race to the next level or those who have a long term goal of completing an Ironman. Doesn't matter what your goal is if you want to race and train with others we'd love you to be part of our team.
The program includes 2 weekly coach-led training sessions & a full online training plan. This plan will include instruction and workouts in the three sports of triathlon as well as functional strength and stretching. Information is provided on technique, nutrition and hydration, mental training, and race strategy. You will also be included in on longer group rides, open water swims and transitions work.
DATES: April 11th - July 17th for RACINE 70.3 (14 weeks) ----- May 16th - August 21st for Pigman Long (14 weeks)
DAYS: Monday and Wednesday mornings.
LOCATIONS: Swimming will take place at Robert A Lee Pool & Biking will take place at the TRI-Umph Today Bike Studio
COST: $577.50 OR 3 payments of $192.50
