Joining the Club requires you to:

- Access to and guidance from Head Coach
- Winter Training program including Strength Training and Mobility
- Rowing Sessions with the coach and access to recorded sessions
- Access to camps and races within our club - Tempe Training Camp in March 12-15th
- Coaching Support at Races
- Liability Coverage

Once you are a member you can....
Stay connected through the winter by engaging with your teamates and coach. This is the best way to stay motivated and to build the club. As you have said in the past, your favorite part of the group is how they support and help each other along the way. We can do that during the winter as well. It's up to us to make it a worthwhile journey. Connection will be the cornerstone of our program and we get to start now.
Join our Zoom Erg Sessions
Mandi has been leading Rowing Zoom workouts since December 0f 2023. We warm up, complete the workout and have a quick recap/check in post rowing.
Social Media
We will use Social Media (Instagram & Facebook) to share rowing idea's, drills, and our love for rowing.

Dogwood Racing Camp - May 29-31 - Oakridge, TN
- Fly in on Tues for 7 pm Meeting
- Wed, Thur and Fri we will fine tune in our line ups and prepare for racing on June 2 am Technical sessions We will have two coaches for the 4 days to support you.
- Fly out on Sunday night
Keys to consistent training
First and foremost make sure you are working out. Tips to better fitness:
- Do what you like. That's easy:)
- Track your workouts - log/app
- Establish a routine
- Train with a buddy or group
- Get it done earlier in day so nothing gets in the way.
- Post completion on GroupMe or Instagram
- Set S.M.A.R.T goals
